Step 2. Come back to this page and then pay for the workshop by clicking the add to cart button which will take you to a checkout page where you can pay for the event.
You will receive a confirmation form from us that you are registered.
A two-day Sewing Workshop preceding the NADDA Show with instructor Val Hays on May 14 & 15, 2025, from 9:30 – 4:30 p.m at the Sheraton O’Hare Hotel in Chicago, Illinois.
The attendees will sew a Regency Promenade gown with a matching head piece from a custom printed fabric appropriate to the 1820’s for a 12” Grodnertal doll.
The kit will also include patterns and fabrics for a matching shawl, a bum roll and stays.
Attendees will receive:
*Patterns for dress, shawl, turban, bum roll and stays
*Cotton silk fabric for the bum roll and stays
*Custom printed sheer cotton wool blend printed fabric for the dress, the shawl and the head piece. The fabric is only being made for this workshop.
This workshop is limited to 16 attendees.
