How long does my order take to ship?

We ship items promptly and with care as soon as they are paid for. Our turnaround time is USUALLY 24 hours.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We offer international shipping for our items to the following locations: Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, Asia, Japan, Russia, Australia/New Zealand, Mexico. Cost depends on destination and type of shipment selected.

What is your return policy? 

Dolls and Accessory items have a 3-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied, we will happily issue a refund, exchange or credit for those items returned to us. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Please allow one week for processing of refund to be credited back to your account from the date that we receive the return .

Items returned and paid for via Payal are subject to a 5% restocking fee as Paypal fees are no longer refundable.
